December 16th-20th
This week in music class we explored a couple new songs but also included music from previous weeks! This was helpful because the children had already been exposed to the songs and were able to engage and interact more. We pulled out the jingle bells again so we could have a rockin' good time! Our most favorite songs were Lights on the Tree, which we came up with our own hand movements to use while singing; as well as Jingle Jingle Little Bell, where we shook our bells in all different places and speeds. I included a book in our music class this week titled "There Was a Cold Lady" which is a fun song book about an old lady who swallows snow and hiccups out a snowman!
