Merry Christmas To All!
In honor of the approaching holiday this week, all of our music classes celebrated with a Christmas song sing-along that included:
Jingle Bells, Up On the Housetop, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Twinkle Twinkle Northern Star, Silent Night, The Reindeer Hokey Pokey, and also some neat finger plays that I've included with directions below.

HERE IS SANTA
Here is the chimney (Make a fist)
Here is the top (Cover fist with opposite hand)
Open the lid (Open hand covering chimney)
And OUT Santa pops! (Stick up thumb on hand that is made into fist)
Ho Ho Ho! (Thumb wiggles)
WHEN SANTA COMES
When Santa comes to our house (Make a roof with both hands and arms above head)
I always want to peek (Peek through fingers as if playing peekaboo)
But I know he'll never come (wag finger for "no")
Until we're fast asleep (rest head on folded hands for sleeping motion)
