INFANT THROUGH SCHOOL AGE
This week in music we had fun using puppets to sing. We played a rhyming game with an elephant puppet called "Willoughby Walloughby". Each time we sang the song, one of the kid's would identify their name through a rhymed sound. We also did the puppet hokey pokey and other fun songs!
Try using the Willoughby Walloughby song below to help your child identify rhyming words (friends and family names) in a silly way!

SCHOOL AGE CLASS
This week in school age music class, we wrote our own musical using puppets that the kids created! I was very impressed with the characters and story line that they created. They helped to come up with the ideas for the songs and I set the words to simple tunes. We had a blast creating our musical, "Rosie La and the Fairies who saved the Mermaid from the Wolves".
